This service allows us to deal with those unexpected problems which can occur at any time and without warning.  Our team of multi skilled tradespeople are coordinated by office base administrative staff and project managers. Our objective is to always provide a response to your maintenance request that is rapid and reliable.  We are passionate about reliability and efficiency.

Emergency calls outside office hours, are dealt with promptly by personnel who are familiar with all building maintenance eventualities. Reacting to your needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our reactive team is specially trained and equipped to deal with your requirements, as a call out service or emergency response.

The scope of the reactive maintenance work we undertake, ranges from small jobs of a few hours to full property refurbishment.  We will not generally undertake any projects to a value in excess of £40k.
